Approach
The Institute’s approach is deliberately calm, structured, and non‑performative. It privileges clarity over drama and inquiry over assumption. Cultural literacy is central. Experiences are shaped by the stories, symbols, and expectations available to the witness. Understanding those influences is essential to understanding the event itself. This does not diminish the experience; it situates it.
